Adjustable yardage setting seems like way overkill on a micro red dot sight, and seems like it would either make it bulkier or way more expensive than it needs to be.

But to contribute, I'd like to see one with a built-in base that puts the battery inside of the base rather than on the side. This might allow it to be a little slimmer since the adjustment knob wouldn't need to be so fat. Complete pipe dream, I know.

    1. Flip up covers. Just faster and easier. My guys do not have to worry about losing them. I know that as soon as someone here loses one and I have to get a replacement everyone is going to be thinking about that instead of the fight they are walking into. Just the way it is.

    2. 2 MOA dot. I just like the 2 MOA better.

    3.Tethered by wire adjustment caps.

    4. Longer run time. My guys never turn them off. We get about a year to 18 months out of a batter. Lucky, what power setting are you guys leaving them at? I have left mine at 7 for 2 years now. The battery is still working. Plus if part of your normal PM schedule is every February (pick a month) everyone throws away their old battery and puts in a new one, then it is never a problem.
    5. Wouldn't mind seeing the optical tube being larger but the over all size staying relatively the same. Not a big deal but if we are dreaming.

We run the LaRue mount and I wish they would make a protrusion on the front of it to tether it to the rifle. Better yet a VERY solid, locked to the gun, non-QD version so we could mount them to motor units without worrying about someone stealing them off the bikes.
Man, I wish our PD had the fortitude to put AR's on our motors...

The 2 min dot is all I am waiting for. I am afraid that might be a long wait though as the emitter in the T1 is the same as the emiter in the M4s that produces a 2 min dot in that model... Apperently it is a 4 min dot due to the short nature of the T1.

    So There I Was...

2 MOA dot. I would pay good money to have this setup.

The diode projector needs to be moved to the top of the tube to stop the refections when aimed toward point light sources or low sun.

    Second
Ability to attach a ratcheted circular polarizer to the rear for people who shoot with contacts or have astigmatism

    Third
    Killflash

Maybe more robust mounting srews . Maybe having the lens recessed a little more. And maybe a little more protection for the knobs.

The knob caps kinda suck. They are so small that for some of us just holding them is a bitch, much less using them to adjust turret and if they fell (or blew away) out of your hand into grass, gravel or talc... forget finding them.
