finally finished my VP9 last night. for now. it may get an RMR in the near future. I went for something similar to a battle worn finish, but not quite. I wanted a smoky look to the gun. I call it Second Hand Smoke. I have been doing cerakote on my knives for a while, so I like to practice on my guns in the down time. I am very happy with this look. It matches my filthy range gear now.

That is a thing of beauty.
Which mount are you using for the Aimpoint? I found a new, original HK slim hand guard for my HK91, but the HK33/93 parts seem to be a bit more scarce. I like the feel of the slim hand guard, but it heats up quicker than the wide ones do.
