    A new M4 is born

Having gained confidence after assembling an SPR type rifle, I volunteered to assemble an M4 upper for a friend. He assembled the lower using Rock River stripped receiver and DPMS LPK. He used a Hogue grip and an old RRA stock kit from his parts bin.

The upper is a BCM with Daniel Defense M4 barrel and BCG. The Troy BUIS and BCM Gunfighter charging handle completes it. I really LIKE that Gunfighter CH, may have to drop a few bucks for one of those. I'm cheap and hate spending money.

He's a happy camper with his new backup rifle. He's a graduate of several Ken Hackathorn, S Dave, and Paul Howe's pistol and rifle classes.

Love the troy gear, have you see the tritium insert ones...not totally necessary but only an additional 40 or 50 bucks..pointless if you dont have tritium on the front post though
