I had mine done under the trigger. It's a nice location unless your lower has a built in trigger guard.

I do all of mine on the right side above the trigger pins. My usual place (CADD Graphics in NC) doesn't require you to disassemble the lower if done there.

The right side of the mag well on my Spikes lower had an American flag on it. I had my name put above, and the city, state below. It looks real nice.
