    Brownells 5.56 Mags 30 round

A couple weeks ago, the guys at Brownells gave me a call and state they are manufacturing 5.56 mags, themselves for the .mil and .gov. They are shipping about 60,000 a month to the DoD and Mil.

I got 20 of them in yesterday, and ran about 5,000 rounds through them and not one failure. They ran flawless !!

Im not sure what the retail is on them, I just know my price. I would post a picture, but they look like any other M4 / M16 mil 30 round mag.

If you have any questions, let'm rip !

Doesn't FN make an AR-type mag?
They had no right to win. Yet they did, and in doing so they changed the course of a war...even against the greatest of odds, there is something in the human spirit - a magic blend of skill, faith and valor - that can lift men from certain defeat to incredible victory.

I saw some that were marked FN and thought about buying them out of principle.

Any chance Brownells will start offering one of those spiffy teflon-type finishes like D&H does?

$17.95 retail; several bucks less w/ dealer/LE discount

I too would like a definitive read on who is making these for Brownells.

I have some FN-marked ones, but they're probably 10-15 years old.

According to the Brownells R&D dept and the Mil relations, they are manufacturing them as I stated above. And they have the current US contract for sullpling the Gov and Mil (per them, although I have not seen said contract). But They work like a charm, Im about to run another 5K though the 20 mags again, Ill let you know how they run.
