9mm VS 5.56/.223 LPK's?

I'm having a small brain fart on this one.

I know that if you dont do some modifications on a 5.56/.223 LPK when you try and fire from a 9mm upper you can run into some BIG problems with the bolt & hammer binding. But!!!...if I have a 9mm LPK installed on my lower and wanna shoot a 5.56/.223 upper are there any problems?

I'm not sure if you can use a 9mm hammer on a 5.56 upper. Have your 9mm bolt ramped and you can run a 2 stage or un-notched hammer.

I have all three hammers...I just dont know if my bolt is ramped. Can someone post a picture of a ramped bolt please.
