I've got four sets of Troy Battle sights and none of them wobble, cant or do anything other than operate exactly how they are supposed to.

I would say that if you are having a problem, you should contact Troy direct.

The sight when extended does wobble left to right a little too.

The aperture design is more like the A1 sight to me.

A few years back there was a problem with cant, but it shouldn't be an issue with new ones. Did you pick up one that is used?
    Stick

I got the Troy sight new from Grant last week it was still sealed in Troy's packaging.
I assume G&R sells lots of them, I would guess it's current production.

I will contact Troy and see what they say.
