So close to Fayette Nam. Who’d have thought something shady could happen there.

Well then BCA is out, good to know about them hiring illegals. I’ve been highly considering PSA for a while. I have a Faxon barrel in my 18” spr, good company, with good products. Is there a dedicated thread that lists quality manufacturers of components for Ar-47’s? If not maybe we should start one.

    Faxon barrels and
Young MFG bolts are great for building a 7.62x39

So a Faxon midlength gas barrel, young mfg bolt, and C products defense magazines and you have a good running rifle. It looks like my Christmas wishlist just became larger.

Gotta have C Product mags if that wasnt already mentioned. ASC are a hit or miss, D&H needs fitting. Even then, no 7.62x39 AR15 magazine has been 100% or consistent as AR15 5.56/300blk mags

There's other brands of x39's out there that work. I have had zero malfunctions out of the C-Defense 30's, and I have 20+ each gun (gotZ 3 AR47's)

i run the 28s for the sake of using the same magazine pouches, even then, still a few double feeds through my PWS Mk111. apart from that, 7.62x39 ARs are also my favorite

I run RZE Unimags and D&H mags in my Windham Weaponry and home built 7.62x39 AR15’s. Both mags even run 100% on full auto.

BTW, my home build, if you want to call it that, is a Bear Creek Arsenal (pre criminal illegal alien raid) built upper half and a Tactical Machining 7.62x39 receiver marked lower half that I built. I got lucky because the upper and lower receivers match perfectly.
