Im hoping some of you guys here that work out can help me out.

Im starting to go to the gym again. Havnt been to the gym in about 3yrs. And havnt really been in shape (the shape that I would like to be) since high school. Im 23yrs old now.

How should I start back into it?...I really would like to gain endurance but still gain muscle but not bulk up.

What kind of routine should I do?
