Noveske VTAC incoming - sight suggestions?

Finally rested my dollars in a Noveske VTAC -

unfortunately, that doesn't leave me a lot of $$ for the optic sight that might offer the best package...

So....what's to be had at a reasonable cost...for range use (50 - 300 meters) and potential "urban jungle skirnishes" -
quick target acquisition, reasonably impervious to the elements and some hard environmental conditions ?

    $250-$350...$450 tops - I know it ain't much...sigh

    Thanks much.

    Aimpoint.

G&R has a package deal on an ML2 or C3 with ADM mount for $465.

If you can't swing the extra $15, keep an eye out on the for sale board for a used Aimpoint & mount. You can usually get it considerably cheaper if you're patient.

Kyle Lamb of VTAC uses a EOTech. Excellent choice and they are having rebates until December 31st.

One of the appealing features of the Noveske VTAC is the light weight of the tube. I'm a fan of lighter rifles to begin with, so I'd lean towards the Aimpoint H-1, even if it meant waiting a bit longer to purchase the sight. The H-1/T-1 sights are among the lightest red dot sights on the market, but retain the ruggedness and long battery life of their larger cousins. I'm very satisfied with my Aimpoint T-1, but unless you plan on diving with your rifle or using it with NVGs, save a few bucks and go with the H-1.

The new EOTech XPS is very light and has an integrated mount. I have no direct experience with the XPS, but from what I've seen I think it would match the VTAC rifle well.

You might want to check out this 'Cyber Monday' deal on the EOTech 512 ($364 shipped + free batteries)...I also believe EOTech is offering a $30 rebate on this model.

The "Kyle Lamb Alumni Network" seems to be happy with EOTechs. I own several Aimpoints, and while happy with them, you do feel like you're looking through a toilet paper tube after shooting an EOTech. I'd get a 2 moa dot if I got an Aimpoint.

Alternatively, this site in matching the rebate on the EOTechs. That means $100 back on the new XPS 2-0 ($369 after discounts).
