Kewl. I had a difficult decision to make a couple of years ago when the flavor of SHOT was pistols easily converted to SBR/SMGs and I was in the market and had already sent off my form 1 for a PAP M92 but wanted some pistol caliber SBR'd pistols too. The Scorpion won out because Sig has a history of botching new models as well as the MSRP and the new Uzi Pro seemed very compact but did so at the expensive of lesser ergonomics than say a CZ Scorpion Evo 3 for example. In the end the CZ won out as the first one I selected as a project but I have no doubt I will probably own all of them at some point or another. There's just something about Uzi's like MP5's where they're more something I've always wanted than the best possible option for the role. They're just... cool.

    Finally!

Finally together! Any reasons not to mount front sight like that? Yes it's over the Gemtech but has air cooling and mounted normal it's close to the barrel with no cooling space. It's slimmer than the rail and suppressor so it won't hit a barrier.

BCM 11.5 small diameter and fluted, it's very light.

I wouldn't. Suppressors are capable of giving off lots of heat. Plus it just looks goofy IMO.

No functional reason to mount either of those sights backwards

    I agree.

They work just fine facing the normal direction and would be better off that way, IMO. Not only that, despite the air gap, they're now closer to the hotter can.

Lol. Yep they are backwards. Does it make any real difference?

It does. If you're not going to read the answer don't ask the question. This thread isn't for this discussion anyway.
