    My Spikes Tactical HAVOC is NFA. It has been bored to 40mm and is registered as a Destructive Device.

    My understanding is if you possess any impact rounds or gas rounds in 37mm and the 37mm device you now have a DD and need to register it.

    usmcvet: You are correct. I registered mine as a DD because I wanted to be able to use Beehive rounds and Flaschette rounds. I also make paintball rounds and "explosive" chalk rounds (1/4 oz. of explosive mixture is the legal limit, including lift charge) that are really fun to launch. I have no interest in launching flares or smoke.

    The resin pusher wad would put a nice big 37mm hole in someone. If it went right through someone at close enough range. you would probably see daylight.

    Really Cool Gear,

    Alot of great ideas for me on here on things I will do with some of the money I will be making on my 1st trip overseas as a contractor instead of Army!
