that the pic is funny. It's sunny and about 48degF here in SoCal!
True. It's a really rough accusation considering what little evidence we can procure.
When I said the photo was a bad argument, I was right in the sense that it is a bad argument. It's like claiming global warming is true because it's hot out. I hope you can see the extremism of it; a fallacy of sorts. I'm a bit more analytical about things than most so I really couldn't find it funny since I tend to use logic and reason before reacting.
How's the weather up there?
Sheesh.
For all your self-proclaimed analytical abilities, you sure as hell aren't noticing the 800 pound gorilla in the room; which is that it is a FREAKING JOKE. Satire. I assure you, neither myself, the OP, or anyone else in here who thinks that the picture in the OP is funny actually believe that the mere existence of sub-freezing precipitation means that there is no such thing as global warming.

Hell, even a thousand years is but a fraction of a second in terms of the Earth's existence. I once got into an argument over how thousands of years of evidence obtained by drilling ice cores from the mountains of Chile, trumps a couple of hundred years' worth or manually-recorded data.
But the sheep won't hear of it.

This is the 3rd thread I've vistited on this site today that turned into a pissing match for no reason. Usually the same people involved too. I came into it thinking I was going to see some funny stuff about hating snow, which, living in Chicago, I do. The first post was funny, then the train derailed...again.
So here's a reason to like snow again.
