So what you're saying is that there should be no choices in this life and the "best" should be clear cut in every aspect of life?

Its up to the INDIVIDUAL to educate themselves based upon their needs and wants. The same comparative situation could be applied to TAPCO CRAP.

What about the standard bushie and colt style collapsible stocks? Ive seen some of these stocks break when mortared.

Im agreeing and disagreeing with you. I think its sad that people even have to question the usefulness of inferior products to save a couple dimes but at the end of the day those people are HOPEFULLY more concerned about eating than kitting out a bomb proof end of the world rifle.

You would be surprised at how many people own rifles and would never even think to grab it in the event of a zombie apocalypse.

Different strokes for different folks. If i had my way the chinese knockoff artists would be ejected into space with 20 minutes of oxygen...

20 mins, wow that is pretty decent of you. I suspect my idea is some what more harsh. Line them up in stacked rows and fire one round, 3 or 4 drop then repeat till all are dead! Less expensive, plus you can show them that your real parts will stand up to execution duty.

Meh, i figure the 20 minutes of air would give them enough time to figure out how to kiss their asses goodbye in a zero G environment.

I would and I wouldn't. Not much surprises me. But I have to say I would laugh if someone left an m4 behind at the house in a zombie apoc situation. Then I would ask them where they use to live, and head straight to their house to outfit someone else with me.

    Exclamation PTS Items

PTS items should never be used on a real firearm. Period.

Magpul items are molded in the US with a custom blended resin that is NOT the same as PTS branded products. The metal PTS components are often made of lower grade materials or absent altogether.

While they are of high quality for the Airsoft market they have not been designed or tested with real firearms like the US made Magpul versions have.

While PTS items may be work on a rifle, the heat and impact of a real firearm on a part made for airsoft could lead to serious injury or death.

But I can still put them on my gun for photo ops right? Or for plinking at the range as a "hobbiest"?

Magpul should put a warning on these products like the one I have at the bar for pregnant women that want to drink:

"WARNING: It has been determined that the Magpul PTS Line is not manufactured to the same quality as an actual stress rated firearm accessory. Your desire to look cool on the internet, or at the gun range may result in a lack of function of the firearm, injury, and possibly DEATH. How cool do you think you'll look on a stretcher?"
