    My sister & a M4

I took my sister shooting today, she was 16 the last time she shot anything.

She still has some work to do with handguns, but I'm here to tell you that you don't want to be within 100-300 yards of her when she has my Colt 6920 in her hands....she was reliably and consistantly nailing the steel at 100 standing, and when sitting, had no problem nailing the steel at 300.

    Hey man that's really cool!

She looks like she knows what she's doing.

I'm glad to hear you got her to the range, and congratulations to her on the fine shooting.

Either you are a good coach or she has forgotten nothing. Excellent form and trigger control, from what the pictures show.

Cool Tim, Looks like you taught her well.

9x19 (my wife) shot her first USPSA match yesterday at Blackwater w/me. She shot her M&P and her 3gun rifle.

Templar, what model is your compact acog? does the FSB bother you?

I ask because I have a TA44-5 (1.5x amber dot), I'm waiting for my MT6400 and I was thinking about a setup like yours

    TIA

We didn't get a chance to put them on paper, but they did a pretty decent job molesting the steel at 100 yards. My sister did shoot one while seated.....for one round, and then went back to the M4.

Thanks for the postive comments guys. She's really interested in getting back into shooting and right now she's a huge fan of the M4/ACOG set up.

I'm using a TA44R-4. I can see a little of the front sight in scope, but it's not an issue for me.
