I own several Colts and they are without a doubt some of my least favorite guns.

The stock is too long. The boreline is too high (so they rise). They are heavy and unwieldy.

The German MP40 is insanely better.

The ergonomics and handling characteristics of even an M1 carbine are immeasurably better.

Rob, I am feeling really charitable. Seeing as how you don't like your Colt Thompsons, I will take them off your hands and even pay the transfer tax.....

Nice Tommy QuietShootr, is it yours? I came SO close to finding a way to fund a Savage '28 arsenal refurb military Thompson that came through our shop a few months ago.
