I think there should be an on-going weekly thread about the firearms and such on future weapons, Because I saw another one on there that was bad-ass. The cheytac 200 intervention .408 caliber sniper rifle, the ballistics, muzzle velocity and energies at distance are insane.

$2400?!
I received this 28 January 08.....I'll pass.
=====================================
As we promised last week, here's your chance to reserve your low serial number, pre-production KRISS Vector CRB/SO.
Some things you should know....
* These firearms will begin with the serial number 51. No one outside of TDI has been able to purchase a CRB/SO earlier than you. We can't tell you exactly how many we will be able to build of these handmade, CNC-cut firearms as we're getting ready to go into full production, but it's not going to be very many.
* We are offering the handmade CRB/SO Basic for sale for $2,395
, plus $45 for handling, insurance and shipping to your chosen FFL transfer dealer. We will not host any cheesy auctions. If you want one, this is the price. You will have to pay for your FFL's transfer costs and any applicable state or local taxes that may apply.
* This Basic version of the CRB/SO firearm comes fully equipped with: folding adjustable stock, top and bottom Picatinny rails, molded tactical light receptacle, waterproof grip storage module, TDI foregrip, single point sling attachment, custom OTIS cleaning kit, 2 Glock 21 13-round mags, gunlock and our custom-designed KRISS Super V DC/HM Flip-up Sight System. We've attached a data sheet for your review.
* We are also making available a Hardigg Storm hard case, with a custom foam insert that will hold your KRISS CRB/SO and the gear we listed above. We are offering this for $375, and no charge for shipping if you order it with your firearm. We will even put a nice plaque on it for you with the date and Serial Number of your firearm, and your name, if you'd like.
* We're going to have a full line of accessories for the CRB/SO by the end of February, but for now, it's the kit as described above. As the weapon comes with Picatinny rails top and bottom, any toys you already have will fit up nicely.

I got the same message..... and I had the same response due mostly (and a bit to the price) to the fact they picked to make this an SMG with that dumba$$ barrel and fixed stock. Why didnt they opt for a pistol version????
