I saw the preview when I saw Boondock Saints 2. Kick-Ass looks funny as hell.

I generally don't care for him, but I thought he did a great job with Lord of War.

this is taking things way too far. seeing a 10 year old girl swearing as bad as me and killing dozens of grown men in creatively gory ways... the appeal of female assassins in tight outfits is entirely sexual, in an latent, obscure S&M kind of way. at the risk of offending many, the whole idea almost seems pedophilic.
at what point in our society did we lose the society-wide drive to preserve innocence in children? are we so disgusted with our own moral degeneration that we cant stand the presence of even childhood innocence? why is there no longer an ingrained mechanism in parents to keep children children- to keep them blissfully ignorant of the woes and horrors of real life and adulthood, so that they can simply exist for a short time in this world in fun and safety, playing and laughing at lame jokes and jests. crime and sex and war and vanity and sin and dog-eat-dog will come soon enough. far too soon, these days, thanks to our ****ed up MSM and ****ed up society that encourages it.
think i'll take a big pass on this one, gentlemen.
