California Micro-stamping not in effect

Supposedly was to take effect Jan 1 but is encumbered by patents and therefore not in effect.

The patent holders for this are the ones who probably tried to push this through.

I heard about this. What a joke...
If it is CA specific, then I will have to order in large batches to my friends in either NV or AZ and pick up. Or just drive over and get it from a shop.
