Warren Tactical rear sights 1911 w/ Novak cut
I've been using them on several of my blasters and I'm very pleased with target acquisiton speed, sight picture and beveling contour etc.
IAD's are easily accomplished.

Yost / Bonitz Retro Style
Novak Lo Mount Carry Rear
I'll put some pics up later of them mounted.
For those who do not know Scott Warren is a very capable & accomplished FBI CRG HR team member and trainer, shooter etc.

Hoploethos, I've been using them on my Glock for about 2 years now. I am also quiet happy with my speed and precision using them.
The clean rear sight is faster for me than the Heinie or 10-8 rear. My eyes like to think they should resolve the serrations, and it only slows me down. It might just be me, but it's something I've noticed on every set of sights I've used that are serrated.

Are these available? If so, where? I have them for my M&P45 FS and would love to get some for the 1911 as well.

Must have! I also like the 10-8 and YoBo personally, but I must get a couple to try out. Do they offer various notch widths...?

This is where I got my set from:
http://mle-shootingsports.com/Sights...duct_info.html
That links to the rear sight page, including an option for 1911 Novak cut slides.
No night sight option by the looks of it, yet.
AFAIK, they only come in a wide notch configuration.

What front sight is that? I have a Dan Wesson Valor that came with adjustable Champion sights but I don't like the 3 dot setup. It's very hard for me to focus on the front sight. I prefer to have the 2 dot Warrens like my Glock 19 but MLE recommends a .175 front which isnt listed on the website.
