    EOTech 557 with 3X

I am looking to get a nice sight setup. I have narrowed it down to this EOTech setup and the Burris 1-4x XTR. Best prices I can find are from poor fish.com, the Burris is $779 with their fast fire included and $889 for the EOTech setup.

I have never spent this much on a scope in my life, so these prices are even pushing the envelope here, anyone have any feedback on these? Any other suggestions in this price range?

Just FYI, I do not care for the Aimpoint brand, I do not like just having 1 2moa red dot and I do not care for the Leupold CQ/T.

Nothing else I can think of, off the top of my head. I have a ATN 390 paladin NV scope that I hope will be able to be used with the 557.

The 557 has a bullet drop compensator which is pretty accurate with the magnifier. Without the magnifier the bottom dot is a good reference point for any targets inside 25 yds for point of aim point of impact.
IMHO I would go with the EOTech because you dont have to worry about adjusting your cheek weld when your shooting. Honestly I would actually get an EOtech 557 with an AImpoint magnifier on a Larue pivot mount because it will hold the magnifier off to the side when your are not using it and I think it is a lighter set up. I didn't like how my gun kind jumps when I depressed the button to flip the magnifier.
