Comparison Chart of Trijicon Compact ACOG & Accupoint Models

Comarison Chart of Compact ACOG Models
Tabs across the top for all models, 1.5x, 2x, 3x, and reticules.

    Comparison Chart of Accupoint Models
no breakdown by power, no reticule images added yet.

I could have sworn they had something like this on Trijicon's website, but I couldn't find it, and I learn things making these charts so even if this was redundant I don't consider it a waste of time.

excellent. definitely not a waste of time- many people will use this in trying to figure out which of the millions of trijs to chose from, including me.

    Very nice work Rob.

2 things about the Trijicon information (not your issue, it's Trijicon's issue):

    1. How did they determine the TA33 series has 1.9" of eye relief, when it's closer to 3.5"-4"?

    2. I wish they would give the dimensions of the reticles (specifically the horseshoe) in MOA, so that we have an easier time of figuring out our drops.

I agree. I once emailed them and asked for the MOA on the TA33 chevron and they said they didn't know.

We know, the person you talked to was just mistaken. I'm not sure why we do not post the MOA dimensions for our reticles.
Full disclosure - I am an Engineering Supervisor at Trijicon, Inc.

The eye relief that we state on the website is calculated eye relief. The actual, usable eye relief is always considerably more than the calculated eye relief.

Nice work Rob. That will definitely help navigate the choppy waters in the search for the optic that is right for "you". Thanks for taking the time to do it, I can see it reducing many hours spent trying to find the info you are looking for...

I assume you are with Trij? Do you know of a resource that would have this info for the various reticle options? I'd like to know the width (in MOA) of the circle in the TA44SG reticle. Dot size, too, for that matter.
