For my next rifle i'm planning on utilizing the Vltor CASV-M handguard. I think ultimately i'll probably try a couple different optics on this to figure out which one i'd like most, but I know what I'd really like to try is a miniaturized red dot on top of that rail. What I can't figure out is what height mount is going to work to produce either an absolute co-witness, or a lower 1/3 co-witness.
To get specific about the optic, i'd like to try either the Trijicon RMR with dual illumination, or a pride fowler in a Larue low mount.
Does anyone have any pictures of mini red dots mounted up on Vltor CASV handguards?
Thanks in advance
