Try some heavier ammo. If I'm not mistaken that rifle comes with a 3/4 MOA guarantee.
-
so its grouping about 2.75
May not be the load your gun likes

In my NM A2 upper I've had great luck with 52SMK screamer rounds (27 grn RL-15) and 77SMK rounds but didn't shoot groups with those today.
The factory Hornady 55 is showing a typical group, same thing I've seen in my A2 upper

I agree with trying some different ammo. Something heavier probably, or some handloads with Hornady V-Max/A-Max bullets.
If you're shooting for groups I'd ditch the bipod temporarily and use a proper rest and rear bag.
I'm curious if you like the scope where it's mounted? I have the same scope on a Colt HBAR and have it mounted about an inch farther back. Seems like I need to move my head too far forward otherwise.

I hope i downloaded this target right. This is mine at 300 yards and iron sights off a sand bag. 5" red dot target. Same rifle as yours. I bought the day after Obama was elected.
55 gran South Korean NATO ammo. My son took the picture, i know it isn't focused well. I don't reload. 60 rounds fired last month, 36 degress out no wind.

So, 300-15X?
Go out and kill bad guys like a champion.

Not sure if you reload or not, but try some 75gr Hornady BTHP's and 77gr SMK's over 24gr Varget and see what a drastic improvement you see. I have to tell you to work up to that load, however most will tell you its spot on for their 1/7 or 1/8 barreled rifles.

Mine Loved the Parvi 75 gr match stuff. It would shoot under 1" at 100 all day. I had a Simmons 6.5x20 scope mounted on top of the
A2 carry handle. I used it to shoot coyotes out to 400 yards and steel out to 500 yards.
I kind of miss selling it just for the fact it was SOOO dam accurate.

I ran some statistics on my RRA 16" 1:8 barrel with different loads.
40gr VMax was the worst
55gr Hornady FMJ got better
60gr VMax still a little better
69gr MatchKing - BEST
77gr MatchKing - Just a little worse than 69gr but much better than 60gr VMax
At least in my case, as the weight increased the groups shrunk and 69gr is the sweet spot for me.
