    For what it's worth, you can create a form in Google Docs that will work in a similar way and will give you results as a spreadsheet. You can use this for a poll but you can also use it to create a database. You could even have as the first question a choice for what firearm and put them all in one large, sortable, spreadsheet.

    I also keep track via ammo boxes and loaded magazines utilized. Close enough.
