PIC: Is one of my buddies who worked out of Virginia who was shooting one of the AK MK17 conversion kit testbeds. The MARSOC guys at this same test were kind of disappointed they got rid of their SCARs

Yeah. Yeah, I did.
It was a combination of a scary election year & an availability issue...
I've had absolutely zero issues with it, and so far it's taken quite a beating from me.
Not to mention it shoots tighter with the Omega can on it.

No issues with hits out to 700 with MK118LR. Great all purpose rifle for working out of vehicles most of the day then jumping in to long range engagements. The rifle shoots better than I do and will hold MOA groups at 100m with no issues, even using the ELCAN.
