I have to say when I first looked at the SCAR it was the ugliest rifle I had seen (in my opinion). However as time has gone by and now especially with the extended rail add on, it has grown on me. Not sure if it is a case of "beer-goggles" or that its design has actually started to sink in as being quite ergonomic.
