    I don't have the Fail Zero uppers, just the BCGs. The one with wear is a shrubmaster. The other 2 uppers are noveske--one of them is MUR. When I build from scratch, I like to use the MUR uppers. For a while the only way I could get a MUR was the ones that are Noveske marked directly from them.

    I just recieved the Fail Zero BCG it has a very interesting finish not what I expected- not near as smooth as my Young NM BCG or my Ion Bonded BCG,s .

    I,m still on the fence if I,m going to keep it or not.

    I too thought the coating looked unusual--I was expecting something more uniform like hard chrome. Someone told it's from the boron in the process but I really have no idea. Regardless of the way it looks, it runs like a raped ape.
