    Question for P90X vets..

I'm on the second floor and the people beneath me have already complained once when I was bench pressing and racked the bar to heavily. Until I move in a couple of months, Plyometrics is out. I'm thinking I could substitute it with an extra yoga, kenpo or cardio. Recommendations?

I'm not a big guy and have trouble building and maintaining mass. I'm using p90x for overall fitness, minor belly fat loss and cutting. Please keep that in mind when making a recommendation. Thanks.

PlyoX is the most intense cardio workout of the bunch. If you do have to swap it out, pick the Kempo, or maybe do some other sort of cardio such as running or cycling.
