    RIS II MK18 (BLACK)!!

We have recently completed a special run of our popular RIS II MK18 rail systems in black. These rail systems are designed for use on a 10.3" Carbine Length barrel with a low profile gas block. We currently have these in stock in a very limited quantity. The will be available for purchase on the website in the next couple of days or you can call us to place your order. MSRP is $359

Joe, I've got a question for you:

If I shave down the FSB on a factory LMT 10.5 will it fit under the rail?

If NOT, what's the best option for gas block?

    Thanks!

It will that's how mine is, I shaved the FSB down on my barrel. My barrel is a Colt 14.5" SOCOM M4 barrel. I cut it down to 10.5" and shaved the FSB to fit under the MK18 RIS II rail.

Why does the MK18 RIS II not support the M203?

Because it was designed for a MK18, which has a 10.3" barrel. The barrel sticks out just far enough beyond the forend so that a suppressor can be mounted on the flash hider. There is no room for a 203 to be mounted on the MK18 barrel.

Robb, I thought you might have an answer

That being said, IF a person wanted to run a gas block on factory bbl that doesn't have setscrews on the bottom, what would you chose?

    Thanks man!

Will this fit with .936 bull barrels such as a RRA 458 socom? Looking at the M4A1 model for my mid length 458 upper.

    Thanks,
    Shaun
