Agreed. Complete and utter BS. This is a clear case where the right to free speech should be suspended during funerals, especially the funerals of military members. People should show some f--kin respect.

Maybe, but the right of a soldier and their family to a peaceful burial ceremony should also be preserved by any means necessary. I can't believe that some sort of trespassing or disorderly persons offense doesn't come into play more often.

They just have to abide by the consequences of their speech. If their speech infringes on someone elses rights they should be open to civil damages. 1A does not give them carte blanche to trample other's rights. It may not be a criminal thing, but is not open game
