Any new news about ares ?

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything more about the ares GSR-35 recall. As of three weeks ago, I had heard anything from two weeks to six weeks before ares would be recalling any parts. I havent heard anything since, just thought maybe someone else did.

I haven't heard anything about that. However, I would never buy one of the products based on everything they've done in the past. I'm amazed people still buy any of there products.

When you say "past" are you refering to the shrike weapon system? or something else.

I understand what your saying, I have never been afraid of a little challenge. If the parts need rework then I'll rework them... Or whatever.
If Ares wasnt offering a recall I would just build the parts I need.

I sent my broken/damaged (bent op rod) kit back and it came back in about 2.5 weeks. They replaced the op rod with a black one, new op rod spring and new spigot kit. I traded it off to a friend.

Other than an updated op rod it appears to be the same. So I don't know what redesigning they've done and haven't heard anything updates on the recall.

If you can just wait a couple of more weeks I might have something...

Hopefully they're not running folks around.

I too am interested in an update on this product. My Bushmaster would be good to go (I think) with this unit.

A lot cheaper than anything else out there....for the moment.

Did you send it back to Ares or the dealer you bought it from?
