My intentions with this gun was to build a KISS carbine for hiking, plinking, throwing in the trunk, or a spare. I wanted to keep the price down so I truely wouldn't mind it getting scarred up from hiking. The barrel was the most expensive item, so I feel I accomplished what I set out to do.

The lower is what's left from my first AR, an RRA Entry Tactical. Only the LPK remains (2-stage). Since it was a left over it already had the GEN 1 KNS pins, Pre-Production MIAD, Gapper, YHM end plate, and VLTOR extention. I just threw on the CMT CAR stock (Thanks USMC03) and a Knight's sling adapter.

The upper is a Diemaco from BOOM, I had an LMT receiver laying around with no feed ramps so I traded straight up for it. Now I'm wishing I had that upper for a 20" build, oh well. Vicker sling, Charge handle and LMT M16 bolt carrier group from Grant. 16" LMT barrel from MSTN. I was going to go with a standard handguard but came across a great package deal for the RAS. Side sling adapter was taken off of the RRA Entry Tac as well.

Weighs in at 7.4 pounds (empty).
This is the gun that I've been thinking of sending to Dynamic Finishes to get dipped in Multi Cam. I need to use it for awhile though to make sure I'm happy with this config first.

Hawkeye's old TA31F, I've never used it since I bought it, maybe this will be it's new home.
