Well i lurked around this thread and a few others, watched some youtube videos, and finally decided i would give this painting thing a try. I was reluctant to paint my gun at first, but figured what the heck, i dont plan on selling it, and its main purpose is trudging around in the woods and fields for yotes.

I saved a few picks from this thread and others to get some ideas.
