    Board policy mandates I state that I shoot for BCM. I have also done work for 200 or so manufacturers within the firearm community. I am prior service, a full time LEO, firearm instructor, armorer, TL, martial arts instructor, and all around good guy.

    I also shoot and write for various publications. Let me know if you know cool secrets or have toys worthy of an article...

    My only entry to the painted party, a frankengun made with a welded steel lower. I had to paint the bare steel after making the lower otherwise I would’ve never taken a can of spray paint to a gun.

    ....”Frankengun”. #10 (maybe) bolt instead of a takedown pin. Some abomination of a rail. Interesting to say the least. But how does it shoot?

    Yes those are just 1/4” bolts holding the upper and lower halves together. I don’t have pictures of the target anymore but it shoots 3 to 5 MOA depending on ammo.
