Again you assume and have nothing to back up your claims, except you have to point out you are LE for credibility. The traffic stop is a true story, I was there and cuffed, but feel free to continue your claims with no proof.

I'm sick of either getting put in cuff's for no "real" reason or my car getting searched, or having a warrants search run on me, while I agree to "wait" in the back of the squad car, meanwhile all whole world watching this...

I mean this happened to be 2 weeks ago.. car getting searched and cop's talkin to me, i'm on my way to a job interview.. and when I finally show up to the place.. I realize my interviewer is the lady that was walking past me and the officers ten minutes ago... OBVIOUSLY I didn't get the job..

and the last time I told the officers I did NOT consent to a voluntary search of my car(my weak attempt at exercising my rights).. I found my self in the back of the squad car in CUFF's.. and being charged with obstruction of an officer, which after court was reduced to disorderly contact.. and my car STILL GOT searched..and I got fined $250...

That was an UGLY case.. all because I asked an officer to let me drive 10FT into my downtown apartment complex's driveway, during a parade... NEVER mind that I lived there or the fact the parade was over, or had passed thru my section 30 min's ago...The driveway was even BEFORE the street closed section.. such B.S.

I can't tell you how many times officers have taken my license away, stating I can pick it up at the station later... or that it would be mailed out to me..

I never get it back in the mail and the 2 times I tried going down to the station to get it.. I was pretty much looked at like a retard, "like what are you talking about, picking up your license, we don't or wouldn't have that here"..

NO CLUE as TO WHY THEY WOULD DO THAT???? anyone...????

NONETHELESS WHAT DO YOU DO IN A CASE LIKE THAT?

I need American Rights 101 or something.. or some way to brush up on "my rights"

THose are just the one's off the top of my head... I could write a whole book on this stuff.. and needless to say, I'm one of the good guys from my neighborhood... made it past the ripe old age of 21 and doing good..

put it like this.. I can legally own.. no problem..

    peace and god bless

I'm not good at following rules and I've been told I have a serious problem with authority, yet I can count on one hand the number of times I've had to talk to cops in an official capacity in almost 30 years.

Sounds like you are getting on their radar a little too often.

    one thought to all this

I hope/imagine most all of us here are honest law abiding citizens and we have nothing to hide or illegal and the thought to let someone come in and look around would bring up situations like what happened here they found nothing ! well of course they found nothing as there is nothing to find

so I can see it happening to some of us here ! heck I might have fallen into that if my brother was not a prosecutor

When they get back with the warrant they will search your whole house just to make sure you didnt hide your machine guns.

I know they will leave someone there while someone else goes and gets the warrant or someone brings it out, now my question is if you tell them no and they set the above in motion do they have to wait outside?
What if you let them inside the door, they say they want to search do you tell them no and ask them to leave or since you (wrongly) let them 2 feet inside the door does that give them the right to stand 2 feet inside the door until they get the warrant in hand?

That proper evidence would be Probable Cause which a K9 might be able to establish, but waiting for two hours on a traffic stop (terry) isn't kosher and if it truely happened as described then you need to file a formal complaint.

It depends. For instance, if an officer stumbles onto a marijuana grow they're going to clear the house of all persons and prevent the destruction of evidence prior to getting that warrant.

Why do we even have to consent to wait 5 minutes for a K-9, THATS FISHING IN ITSELF, either give me a ticket our I am free to go, if you need a K-9 to get probale cause to search my car then thats fishing, and if I am detained TO WAIT ON SAID DOG it is a violation of my civil rights. This stuff happens way to much.
