I'm 5'10 and 210 lbs, I guess I'm a fat American. But whether I could fight my way into or out of a bag of Doritos is immaterial. I've lived a long life (so far) of healthy eating and weight watching, but now I enjoy what I eat, instead of saying "oh no that's too many calories, or I can't it's too fattening".

I've yet to have someone approach me to kick my ass, so your point is moot. If anything the weight I have behind a punch is to my benefit. I doubt a 130 lbs lightweight could take my fat ass in a fight regardless of whether he's armed or unarmed.

There's stupid people blathering stupid comments everywhere, there is no exception to that in the gun community.
