Whats a common explosive that would scare a smart thief. I want to put an authentic decal that will deter experiance thieves. Is there a common flamable substance such as black powder or fireworks that would make it dangerous for them to simply drill or hit with a sledge hammer? Im sure anything will deter them from welding but whats something that would really scare them. Whats the 1.1?

Dihydrogen Monoxide would be my choice.

It should scare off anyone trying to open a safe. What concerns me about DHMO is how easily it can be made from ice cubes.

DHMO is the chief cause of rust, drowning, and hyponatremia. Very dangerous stuff. I won't go anywhere near it without ethanol to dilute it to safe levels.

the ethanol solution is sort of a double-edged sword.. the ethanol dilutes the DHMO, but can also greatly increase the diuretic effect, and can actually increase the risk of fatal DHMO inhalation, in certain circumstances.
