Im sure anything will deter them from welding but whats something that would really scare them. Whats the 1.1?

Dihydrogen Monoxide would be my choice.

Maybe make a sign based on something like this...

It should scare off anyone trying to open a safe. What concerns me about DHMO is how easily it can be made from ice cubes.

DHMO is the chief cause of rust, drowning, and hyponatremia. Very dangerous stuff. I won't go anywhere near it without ethanol to dilute it to safe levels.

the ethanol solution is sort of a double-edged sword.. the ethanol dilutes the DHMO, but can also greatly increase the diuretic effect, and can actually increase the risk of fatal DHMO inhalation, in certain circumstances.
