Daniel Defense EZ Carbine 7.0 Handguard

Got an Aim Surplus email today with this rail featured and can't get the search to work for me (keeps timing out, don't know if its my computer or the site).
What are everyone's thoughts on it? I know its not free float, so aside from that aspect.

I like the price. I'd like to try one out but I already have an omega. The other DD products I've tried have all been quality parts and I'm sure this will be as well.

I don't believe the Troy MRF-C at the same price point is free float.

Not true. It requires that you modify the host weapon by cutting off the delta ring assembly and costs significantly more than the DD rail. The only Troy rail that is truly a drop-in not requiring host weapon modification is the MRF-DI, and it's in the same price range as the DD.

I looked at both on the internet. Anyone know which has a lower profile (thinner)?
