    When you watch the youtube video, when they were shooting just after hopping off the helicopter, you can see where they are hitting the bridge area. When you see the video inside the bridge, the windows turned opaque after being hit. It effectively blinded them in the bridge. Also interesting is the commands I heard given to the pirates are in English.
