The real conspiracy is that the feds didn't have the equipment prepositioned with which to implement a plan that has been in place since 1994. Every conspiracy theory, be it environmentalist terrorists or NK minisubs, is just taking attention away from the real problem, the gross incompetence we have come to expect from big government.

I could see it being a sabotage MAYBE. But hell no NK wouldnt torpedo a single rig. They'd probably try to nuke it or something stupid as hell like that. Or do some ballistic missile testing on it Old kim aint the smartest korean in the drawer.
