Training with the AR in Pa?

I'm going to be purchasing a new Colt LE6920, hopefully, this weekend; I'm wondering where I can get involved in some professional training and possible competition shoots to become proficient with my, soon-to-be, new weapon?

I live in Bradford, Pa; any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Brett

Thanks guys! Sorry if I'm not looking in the right places yet on these forums; new to this site and forums in general as well as new to the AR world.

    Thanks,

    God Bless

Found this with some quick searching...

    http://www.fireinstitute.org/fire_basic_carbine.htm

I don't have any personal experience with the instructor.

I just finished that course up today

Great course. Ive done a lot of training with FIRE, and the courses are solid. Mostly it is instructors being brought in to teach courses, a few are done "in-house".

Vickers may come for his AK course, but without sufficient enrollment it unlikely that course will go.

If you need pistol you should SERIOUSLY consider Randy Cain's Handgun 101.

There isnt any other Carbine scheduled this year though.

Another good option if your into the drive is Pat Goodale down in WV.
