New build with Vltor upper receiver

This may be a little off topic - if so, mea culpa...

I'm planning a build for target and long distance accuracy -
strictly off a bench rest and scoped.
    • Krieger 24 inch SS cut at Compass Lake 1:9 with bolt
    • Vltor billet, CNC'd upper receiver
    • JP VTAC FF handguards
all mated to my RRA lower.

I was informed that the Vltor receiver has M4 ramps -
requiring matched ramps in the barrel extension.

I probably could have Compass lake cut the extension to match -

Would it be easier, less expensive and increase accuracy if I
simply choose a non ramped reciever ie Larue?

I I have the choice between matched brl/recr ramped and unramped,
is there an advantage between them for my intended use?

I use Black Hills 68 gr Match HP and 69 gr Matchking HP..

(im an average shooter- barely shooting MOA)

    TIA

Because of the heavier bullet, I generally like to use M4 cuts (on a fighting weapon). Since this is not, you might just want to go with the LT Stealth.
