I have two, one in a midlength 18" rifle, theo other 16" carbine. Love mine - the tungsten is not so much a powder - more of a shot peen... I run them in combination with a Tubbs flatwire CS spring and Spike's (Youngs) National Match FA bolt carrier.

I'm using the same ammo the seller always used. I tried several others, too. I worked on it a lil more and got it to feed manually. I'll have to shoot it.

Put one in my LMT piston rifle. It was origininally running an H2 buffer (4.1 oz), and Spike's advertises the ST-T2 at 4.3 oz. No issues since I made the change, but i'd think twice before putting something that heavy in a DI gun, especially if it eats mainly 55 gr.

Got it feeding great. Now it won't extract. The bolt closes on a partially extracted case causing a stovepipe malf.

I just order a M-4 receiver from them for a build. I am confident that their product will serve my needs and not fail me. Stickman has posted a review on their complete rifles and the build quality seems to be excellent. I trust Stick's judgment.

I have 5 of their lowers I would say that fit and finish is superior to the other lowers I have. LRB, Del-Ton, & RRA.

Only built 4 of them so far though. I havent used any Spikes uppers, though I would in a heartbeat if I coudl justify spending several hundred more than I do on Stag, which also comes with a BUIS.

I have gotten one of their BCG as a spare for every build, and Ive gotten a few of their upgrade kits to upgrade existing BCG's I had. Also ordered the CTR kit from them. $150 for a CTR kit (or at least that is what I last paid) and it came with their T2 buffer. Cant go wrong with that deal.

My next build will more than likely be a complete Spikes build. Ive been looking at the m4 with the CHF barrel. I may order that and add a rail to it. Dont know if Id order the DD from Spikes or just get a Troy rail. I may grab a Troy as Im used to Samson rails, which are very similar to the Troy.

    Spikes

I've got 2 lowers complants with them and 22 conversion, better fit and finish than some I've had issued in military. no problems from them yet.

I live about 20 minutes from them. I just picked up a complete lower from them on Friday. Excellent quality and the prices can't be beat. WAY better than a Bushy or DPMS. Trigger is good, fit-and-finish are excellent....and the roll-mark is cool. I can guarantee I will buy from them again.

I bought an upper and a lower from them, I was so pleased with them that I bought my Troy Ind. BUIS from them even though it was $40 bucks more than the lowest price I found elsewhere. But no one else sells the Troy BUIS with the cool Spikes spider logo on it either
