Finally picked-up a BC on a 14.5" BCM middy. I like it. I'm in CA and run featureless, so this definetly works for me.
Now that you guys have gone longer, can you go shorter than a A2 (something like a PWS TTO length)? I like to cut down on my OAL as much as I can when running a 16" barrel.
Just a thought.
Keep-up the good work.![]()
If I understand your question correctly, you are interested in exploring the possibility of a 1.0 that is shorter than the standard A2 length. In short, we could but performance would most likely suffer in one aspect or another as this could, among other things, create a smaller chamber volume which is critical to the overall performance equation. Secondary to that, there is some variation in barrel threaded length between manufacturers and we do not want to risk anyone getting into hot water should their combined device/barrel length end up shorter than the legal minimum. Therefore, I hesitate considering making the units shorter for the time being. I am looking at many avenues of product enhancements, new designs, etc so feedback and suggestions like yours are quite helpful. Thank you!

That is correct. I apologize for not be more clear. We do not want to place anyone in a precarious legal situation for any reason whatsoever. Thanks for the clarification.

Battle Comp 1.0 in complete darkness with PMC Bronze (worst flash of any ammo I have tested with it
Double tap, caught both rounds in one picture. Notice how the recoil is straight to the rear, and only to the rear.

Is BattleComp making any changes to new production BABC ?
The reason I ask is because, if not, then I'll order one from online.
Also can you recommend a west coast vendor/
Thanks
