A HUGE +1 to that, brother.

I love my FSC556, but with the advent of the KAC TT and now the Battle Comp...I think these ARE the good old days. Competition only makes companies better.

You will be pleased to know, for the purposes of full disclosure, that the BattleComp was invented by two M4C members: Marty916 and yours truly. Marty is a fantastic engineer, having worked on the Jarvik heart and the Gamma Knife.

FYI, we are already nearly sold out, with just 2 black oxide and 4 matte stainless left. Pre-orders were BRISK.

I have several out with LE T&E's (like usmcvet), and the reviews have been outstanding. I pressed the button for another 250 units, which should be ready in about 20 days. I deactivated the Gunpal buttons, because I don't want folks to pay money and then have to wait. If anyone really wants one -- please email through www.battlecomp.com to get on the list.

DocGKR tried out the BattleComp a little while ago, and "was completely overwhelmed," as it inspired some uncharacteristic Tourette's Syndrome !

Doc said blast, noise and flash was comparable to an A2, and his immediate response after actually shooting it (and after our ears stopped burning) was, "I want one in 6.8 and 7.62 as quickly as you can make them!!!!" (Empasis NOT added).

We should have both prototypes ready for him to evaluate in about 10 days.

As to noise, we found it comparable to the A2. We shoot inside with steel plates on the walls, and no worries. One of my buddies is a Glock rep, and he is doing the sound testing outdoors to see if how it performs.

I'm sure DocGKR will provide a more in-depth review at some point. Here is the link to his mini-review: https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread...ght=BattleComp

Thanks for your interest, and I hope everyone had a safe Memorial Weekend.

    Be safe,
    Alan

I just sent an email as well. This looks promising. I'll throw it on my M6A3.

Tried to do the CC order thing on GPal, and when I go to confirm payment I get taken back to the enter your billing address screen, and it says, "Column 'code' cannot be null." I don't think Im doing anything wrong. Ive tried it three times now filling out everything I need to, and get the same thing each time.

    Sorry never used GPal before.

ETA: Screenshot of the error message Im getting..

The nice folks at BattleComp sent me a unit for T&E. I'm going to a TigerSwan carbine/pistol class in a couple of weeks where I'll get to run it seriously...and hopefully get the instructors to run it as well. I'm looking forward to it. I'm not normally a fan of a MB on a 5.56 carbine, but if it performs as advertised while being no more obnoxious in the muzzle flash and noise categories than the A2, I could get on board with it.
