My first Form 1 took 39 days, and my second took 83 days with the same examiner. If you look around you can find someone local to do the engraving. I got mine done for $10. My 10.5" runs great with an H buffer.

Where did you get your's engraved and how does it look? I see you are in Eastern PA so it may be close to me.

might I recommend Ident Marking Services for SBR engraving. I used them (after seeing JTrusty's SBR engraved) and I couldn't be more pleased. Check them out.

I got it done at R & W Engraving just out side of Hamburg (about 3 min. from Cabelas). I am very happy with the way it looks. I would definitely go back for another one. I got it done in the trigger guard. It was the first lower he ever did. I think I made him nervous standing over his shoulder.

Please point me in the right direction. I am looking at getting a REPR. I know about the mag issue, but I have never herd of any issues with the 5.56 guns.

Well, that's pretty convenient. I'm from Lenhartsville. Thanks man. You don't happen to have any pictures of his work do you?

I don't think he was saying anything bad about them, he was just referring to another poster who uses his every living breath badmouthing them. (For no good reason.)

LWRCi is a very reputable company. In my experience.

    Just out of curiosity:

Where did you get just the lower?

What SBR upper are you looking for?

I have a couple buddy's who work at a shop and they knew I wanted to get a lower and build it. So, an M6A2 came in that the owner just wanted the upper to and they sold me the complete lower.

I'm looking at going with a BCM BFH 11.5" with the Mk18 RIS II.

Your LWRC lower will be GTG, and starting with a BCM 11.5" and Mk18 should be golden.

Only other thing to do is check classifieds, see if anybody has a very similar upper they're selling.

Thanks! I just have to get my paperwork in to get the ball rolling on this thing.
