Different caliber uppers and lowers??

Stag makes a 6.8 Remington SPC that I want. Stag also makes a 6.8 lower.

Correct me if I am wrong. Can't I place any upper on any lower? The caliber that is stamped on the lower really doesn't mean anything. For example the Mega's and LAR's are stamped “multi” for the caliber.

Please let me know if my logic is correct.

You are correct. You can put the upper on ANY lower.

Does it require a buffer/spring change to change to a 6.8 or 7.62X39?
