All Koolaid a side (yes, it does taste good) there seems to be a trend with the recommendations of those spending the most time in harms way. Seems the majority of those guys use Pmags when they can get them (BTW the newest units seem to fit most any gear fine). Now from my personal perspective, one make of mag that I've not had fail ME is Pmag. Granted, I rotate mine and have not completely worn one out yet.
Another interesting diddy is looking at where a Pmag places the next round to be fed as apposed to some others. That in and of it's self might have a lot to do with it's success. Granted, I used to build aircraft and have a keen eye for these things, but the layman should have no trouble comparing where Pmags vs. some others place the next round to be stripped.
Don't take my or anyone else's word for things that might save a life that might be your own. Give them a look, and a TRY before saying this or that works with this or that. We all owe it to ourselves and to those we'd not see perish.

Remember, the Founding Fathers reason for the 2nd Amendment... to combat tyranny. Sadly, when people discuss the 2nd Amendment, the opponents erroneously think it was meant to stand alone... it HAS a preamble:
"...But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security..."
