It's either staked, or it isn't. I personally would have no problem with a hand-staked carrier key, staked by someone who understands what needs to be done there, and why. I've seen plenty of machine-staked carrier keys that looked like they were just going through the motions, that didn't inspire confidence. Give me a hand staked carrier key over that.

Thanks Guys, I would like to comment on another thing. the FZ BCG was designed to run without lube in the desert environment. it shakes off sand, dust and environmental crud because.... and here is the part that so many people argue about, pro and con, good or bad etc,......... there is no oil to attract sand, dust, etc. I see people post " well I can buy a lot of oil if I buy a regular BCG and save money" or no AR/M16 platform will run without oil" we have proven that it is possible to do these things with this platform. not mention the many unsolicited tests that have proven our concept by members of this and other AR/M16 related sites. as an example, the DOE
( Dept of Energy ) has adopted out technology at their training center. they put our claims to the test. they have the money and personel to test your equipment without mercy, you should see the way they sand test equipment!! NiB won out over legacy coatings and everything else they tried. I think the results are on the our website. the whole point is that you can run EXO dry, you can run it Wet, the advantage you have, is the fact when you run Fail Zero BCGs, it does not matter the environment, or if you oil it, or if you don't.
you may keep on running no matter! if that is not a tactical advantage you think you need, then you probably don't really need tactical equipment anyway. which is fine, the average shooter can shoot 30 or 100 rds at a session, clean that oily mess up and go on.
he really does not need EXO. but it is much easier to clean EXO parts than oiled parts. and finally, I don't like giving my money to Middle Eastern countries who plot and war against us. if I can keep a penny out of their pockets I will!!! so I feel good when I run EXO in my weapon because this is AMERICAN technology invented by an American for Americans. not a penny goes to the middle east to oil MY Weapon!! I invite you to join me, using an American invention against middle eastern oil. are you pro America or not.

How about a discount for a fellow patriot, brother? Are you pro-America or not? You don't place profit before patriotism, do you?

Worst sales pitch ever. I hope you were joking.

Many of todays modern weapon lubes are either synthetic or blended and don't rely on Middle Eastern oil.

    I have to agree....

Im in the process of building a new upper, and I ordered a FZ M4 receiver, BCG, and hammer for the build based on all of the outstanding reviews that have been posted over the past year or so. The "Pro-America or Not" sales pitch should be completely disbanded. Let your product do the talking.

ETA: If it was indeed satire or tongue-in-cheek, then thats cool, but they dont typically translate well over the internet anyway.

i think my brow started to furrow a little when he started talking about oil, but then it went way past the point of ridiculousness that indicates a joke.

I ran the fail zero carrier group with a sand test.

Spray down the carrier group and receiver with brake cleaner, then pour sand on the Colt LE6940 with the ejection port door open.

I tend to agree - i think my sense of humor is calibrated to accept this as some form of comedy.
